The lead climbing course has been rescheduled to start on the 17th Sept.

A lead climbing course is to start on the 3rd September. This course will train you in many aspects of lead climbing. We will learn about the rack, gear placement, bottom belay considerations, top, intermediate & hanging belay methods, safety issues & much more. Leading introduces a whole new mental game into your climbing and we will discuss how to take control of this. To register your interests send an email to brujones@gmail.com or call 0407669027. To follow on from this course will be a course on simple rescue techniques and then complex rescue techniques. Anyone interested then please let me know.

No activity has taught me so much and given me so much like rock climbing has.
It combines strength, agility, technique, the need to be practical, focus, responsibility, exultation, freedom, contentment, boldness, and mental awareness far surpassing most activities.
It is simply amazing !
Looks like Sunday the 26th June is the next weekend day out.
